IONOS Network Reliability Engineer interview questions

I was contacted by the HR and the person scheduled the 30 mins screening session. I passed the session and I did the actual interview with the team lead. I was told that I passed the round and to expect the technical test in a few weeks. I followed up to ask details about the technical test a week later and received the rejection email without any clarification.
