From getting into contact with the recruiter, we had a phone interview. After that I got invited into a assesment day, we had to do group activities and roleplays. After that I have been invited for a meeting with a account manager and then received an offer.

I have had two interviews with 2 separate teams in the last month. Both managers ghosted me when I inquired about the status, even though one told me I had moved to stage 2. What a waste of my time and respect -
Recruiting process to me is odd. I have been trying to introduce myself to recruiters, etc but they won’t give me the time of day. Doesn’t give me good impressions when the recruiting and talent team ignore messages. Engage with those wanting to work for you, you’d be surprised their potential.
