I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at IQVIA
Interview
Computerized Interview, Screening Interview, and Group Interview. Computerized and Screening were simple enough. Group interview was beyond painful, but doable. Was struck by how disorganized the team appeared to be and how little they seemed to enjoy their positions (was told "don't apply here"). After three months, I hadn't heard anything -- had to basically beg HR for my rejection.

Question 1
What is an example of a pressing healthcare advance made in the last few months?
The process included a HireVue interview, a behavioral screening, and multiple case interview rounds, including a group case interview. Everything was conducted online. The cases were a mix of individual and team-based exercises that assessed problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
It went well. The interviewer was friendly and the overall experience felt comfortable. Expect a few puzzle-based questions along with detailed discussions around your projects, problem-solving approach, and decisions you made while building or handling different machine learning or data science tasks.
Applied through handshake. Interview was two rounds and one case interview. Case interview was pretty straight forward. Asked a typical sizing question. Can prepare for these kinds of questions online
