Interview
First a simple HR interview with the applicant to ensure the personality and personal skills are as required for the company's environment. Then after passing the HR interview a new appointment is defined for a technical interview with the technical team lead to go through the previous knowledge and technical background of the applicant. Sometimes technical, IQ and English exams are submitted for the procedure.

First Interview: HR contacted me on phone.
three week later
Second Interview: It was with a Technical team leader .
two weeks later
third interview: it was a CEO interview
the overall experience was so good and hr was so friendly
