    Phone, followed by In-person interview... Panel Interview... They will judge your communication, your past expertise in your work and also they look for technically strong candidates... so be prepared well... they are very friendly and much interactive.. so don't fear... be strong, be polite, be cool and answer slowly to all of their queries... finally be joyful and leave with hope...
