Straightforward. Asked questions about my experiences and was very clear with what to expect as far as job responsibilities, volumes, demands. It was made clear to me what would be expected so I knew if I wanted to continue with the interview after first few minutes of interview.

First interview with HR and then on site interview (beginning of the week after it) with management; Two days after interview they made a job offer. Good aspects: smooth HR process. Bad aspects: management relationship with HR practises - they basically tell these don't matter, which explains a lot about the culture and personnel there;
