I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Placerville, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
They called and asked to meet with me. They asked me a few questions such as why I wanted to work at In-n-out and what I know about the company. I answered honestly and made sure to Smile a lot. I got called back for another interview with a different manager and they went through the same process. A week later I was offered the position.
Very calm and easy, questions regarding customer service experience and transportation. They also asked about availability, went over overall pay and what work would look like on an average day.
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
