I apply online and I got call from their for interview it was very good experience The goal is to screen for basic qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. They'll ask questions about your background, why you're interested in the role, and assess your communication skills.

I got an email from a recruiter, who said they would set me up with a Microsoft contractor position. Then they asked me to wait one day for four hours as I would be called within that time. I wasn't called. Then they asked me to wait another day, also for four hours. I wasn't called then, either. Apparently the interviewing team took their time with other candidates, but is it that hard to stick to a schedule?
