Gave two coding problem -- quickly came to solution
2. Round 2
a. Whiteboard1 -- Coding problem graph based (DFS approach) -- quickly came to a solution and gave time complexity, interviewer changed the graph and asked whether my current approach will work or not. The current approach was still valid, made some calculation mistake while talking about time complexity for the new graph but corrected it
2. Whiteboard2 - Architecture --asked about system design for Company Review System where user can come and post review about company, asked clarifying questions, did back on the envelope calculation and explained why I am making certain on technologies over other. In the end, I asked interviewer about feedback, he kind of gave a positive nod
After two days when I asked HR about my feedback , she was "Your interview did not go that well, so we are not proceeding at time". I asked for detailed feedback, no answer from her end. After two days I got rejection email, there also I asked for detailed feedback, no answer.
I mean , seriously ? You guys boast so much about helping people about their job search, you work culture and work life balance blah blah blah. Don't you understand how much time a candidate invests on interview ? or Do you guys simply don't care ? Dude, have some good manners, if you are rejecting a candidate tell them the reason so that they will improve themselves next time.
