Complete waste of time. Invited for an interview on the basis of my CV, which stated completely different sector experience. I have been interviews by person with less than 3 years of work experience overall, simple knot from college, who had been lucky to get a short contract in the field of this particular experience in previous employment.
Got to the stage of 1 hour assessment, which I have found as a test for the position of the head of department, asking to design a process etc.
I had to wait for the assessment to be sent to me as the recruiter has been stocked on the call and forgot to send me an email with assessment on the scheduled time.
I knew and they knew, I did not work in risk specifically on technical side, rather the compliance and legislative side, but they still wasted my time.
They called me to say that my assessment would match more junior role, but they did not come up with initiative to offer same.
I had impression after the full interview process that they are testing number of people to steal their ideas and test them. They lure people via attractive salary simply to test and get free ideas and then say no. Very exhaustive process, no empathy for someone who is looking for job to pay bills. They think people are looking for role to impress.
