I applied online. I interviewed at Indiana University
Interview
The hiring process can be rigorous and is shaped by the personality of the EMC director on the campus you're applying for. The process took three months from the time I submitted my resume, but the online hiring process keeps you well informed of where you are in the process. I had three interviews before I was offered the job. The first was telephonic, the second was Skype, with five people asking me questions, and the third was face to face with the boss. Each one lasted half an hour to an hour.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Indiana University in Feb 2018
Interview
I got a request for a phone interview about a month and a half after applying. The phone interview was pretty routine, just went over my resume and the position. I had to complete a five question assessment afterwards which was not too complicated. About two weeks later, I had a video interview with the hiring manager and two others. This interview hardly asked questions relevant to the position and was more personality based. I was ultimately denied the position about a month later. All interviewers were nice, however the process was way too long.
