it's a pool campus interview.it is held 2 days.on first day they conducted written test and those who are qualified were allowed to attend the next round.the next round had taken the whole day and the interview is mainly focused on basic programming and mainly hr q's like what is your strength and weakness and why are you opting for this software job which was different from the stream you had studied and why are you wasting your core knowledge by entering into different streams etc...

Interview
Following the assessment test, got shortlisted for the interview phase. The session itself was very smooth; the interviewer created a supportive and comfortable environment right from the beginning. The conversation centered around my project, where I had the opportunity to detail its technical aspects, architectural choices, and the underlying motivation for building it.
Multiple rounds including face to face and aptitude depending on the role type and resume and project related questions were asked with focus on technical concepts including data structures and algorithms
The recruitment process started with an online assessment that included aptitude, reasoning, verbal ability, and programming questions. Candidates who cleared the assessment were invited for a technical and HR interview. The interview lasted around 30 minutes and focused on Java fundamentals, projects mentioned in the resume, OOP concepts, certifications, and basic HR questions. The interviewers were friendly and gave sufficient time to answer.
