I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Insight Global (North Bethesda, MD) in Feb 2022
Interview
The primary interview was over the phone with the staffing agency's recruiter. There was a second phone conversation with Insight Global's recruiting manager. The recruiter set up a virtual interview with their client's hiring manager. The interview with the client's manager took about half an hour. Insight Global's recruiter followed up on the interview the same day to see how it went. I can't remember if they called to let me know that the client decided not to hire me.

I applied online. I interviewed at Insight Global (Cincinnati, OH) in Aug 2017
Interview
Very short 5 minute interview with around 12 technical questions relating to basic help desk job responsibilities. Fairly easy to average in difficult with regard to answering the interview questions. I felt that it was more of a screening to see if they'd like you to work in their workplace or not.
