I applied online. I interviewed at Insight in Jul 2020
Interview
Applied in May, received a call from the recruiter 2 months later (Covid may have had something to do with the delay). Had the phone screening, then had an interview with a two person panel remotely over video. Got an offer twenty minutes after the interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell us about your role at your current job. Tell us about the items on your resume. What is your experience with making calls? How do you handle rejection? Which do you identify with most, Hunger, Heart, or Harmony (the company's core values)?
Insight recruiter reached out via Indeed. Took the opportunity to interview, rather unprofessional as the recruiter seemed willfully unprepared but asked standard questions in regards to sales experience. After first contact offered to meet with hiring manager at office location
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight (Bristol, England) in Nov 2025
Interview
first stage with HR, general questions, going over CV, company info. Second stage with a sales manager and sales director, detailed questions about CV, sales cycles, strategies. Personal questions as well.
The interview process was a phone interview first. Than a in person one. They wanted to know about my experience and strengths. They did make me leave a voice mail. I doubt they make you do that anymore though.
