Applied online, few days later received email with test questions and a program to complete, due in a week. Sent in the answers and program and two weeks later receive email stating my program didn't pass their automatic test harness with no indication why my program failed, and that they would be going with other candidates.

Interview
I applied in October, but didn't hear anything back until January. However, once I heard back from the recruiter, the process was very quick. I had a take-home programming test (untimed), and once I submitted that, multiple panel interviews. I received an offer the week after my final interview.

Question 1
Most of the questions were about C++ fundamentals, alongside some 3D math questions. There was also an architecture and design section.
No call at the beginning. The first step was to do a coding test in C++ which was a take home test. This was a customized question which you wouldn't exactly find on google

The coding problem to trace a projectile ray and plot possible collisions at given time frames, and compare if the values in the test cases match or not.

Interview
I applied online. After reviewed my resume they gave me a programming test and asked me to finish it within one week. Since the test went well, they decided to give me a 30 min phone interview.
