After submitting my application online I was later contacted by e-mail to set up a phone interview. The interview went well and then was offered an art test. Insomniac was very courteous and on target with communication and any questions I had. You can really tell that they take who they hire very seriously and are looking for the perfect candidate which I respect. Even though I was not given an offer the opportunity and experience was excellent.

Two interviews took place before getting a offer. Speaking with the lead and art director about workflow, process, and overall culture at the company. Being a two step process the first interview was more about my body of work and the second one was more about the technicality of environment design.
