2 rounds: 1. virtual panel and then 2. invited to an onsite with 2 panel interviews (one take home case presentation) and an "about Intermountain" session.
The onsite interview was very impersonal and a bit awkward. Lunch with other candidates (e.g., "the competition"). Two panels where there were at least 8 people in the room for each. Throughout the entire process, it was never clear who the hiring manager was nor was there an opportunity for a 1:1 interview from anyone at IHC. Behavioral questions were all read from a script.
Seemed fairly obvious that there was a top choice candidate going into the onsite. Let me know of decision through form email week after interview.
