mostly scenario questions and behavior analysis questions. not hard by any means, definitely drawn out with "why" follow up responses from management.
Ensure that there is time in the interview to ask important questions about the unit and style of management they like to use

Interview was pretty straight forward. Asked 5 commons nursing interview questions. The recruiter was nice and pleasant and told me about the unit and what made them stand out from the rest

Interview
Met with the manager on the unit and we had an interview with the classic nursing interview questions. It lasted around 20-30 minutes. At the end of the interview I was able to ask questions
