The initial phase was a pre-screening phone call with the recruiter, who was very pleasant. Next was the in-person panel interview with the unit’s Director, Manager, and 2 day charge nurses), which lasted approximately 45 minutes and was concluded with a tour. I was offered a position almost immediately. This was then followed by HR clearance.

Pretty simple. Behavioral interview questions and questions about my experience with my direct manager. They said they had more interviews to conduct and I was offered the job that same day.

How comfortable are you being the lead in a cardiac arrest?
In person interview with nurse manager. The interviewer asked questions about work experience, coping skills, and what expectations I had for the position. Interviewer answered all my questions, gave me a tour, and overview of what a typical day looks like.
Standard interview with straightforward questions. They asked me all the questions that you would expect to be asked during nursing area and they were super friendly. The Interview was via Microsoft teams
