Interview
After the career fair, I was able to schedule an interview with the company. I was asked about 8-10 questions, starting with introducing myself, and "Have you ever had an experience like ... and how did you respond to it?" types of questions.

1. Introduce yourself to us
2. What does safety mean to you?
3. Have you ever had difficulties with someone at your work, and how did you resolve this?
4. How do you manage your time?
It was done over the phone. There was a panel and each person asked a unique question or gave unique experience. The questions and experiences seemed very direct and after working for several months, I realized that they were applicable to the job.
Normal interview process, panel asked questions and I answered the questions. Very typical of this type of work. Very friendly interviewers, no stress in the interview, very positive process. No need to worry, they want you to succeed.
