Interview
I had a phone interview with HR with some generic questions about my current and previous jobs on my resume. Things like work shifts, commute, and some items on my resume. Then an in person interview with the hiring manager to determine my experience and ability for their specific need. A lot of questions about what I felt i Could do rather than what i had done before. Got the offer next day.

Interview was purely technical. Basic questions on Instrumentation and process control were asked. Previous experience, job description were discussed.
