Their recruiter contacted me. First round was an introductory call with the recruiter. Next round was with hiring manager. She was really a nice person. We talked about my background and then it was a live code screening. Everything went well. In the end of conversation, she asked me to do an assignment. I wanted to refuse but she was super nice and I was interested to their project then I accepted to do it. I spent quite bit of time on the job and submitted. Couple of days later, she contacted, gave me some comments and asked me to resubmit. At that point, since I spent enough time on the project and they could judge my skills based on the first version and I had couple of offers, I withdraw my application. Overall, great mission and nice hiring manager.
