J'ai passé les tests auprès d'un cabinet de recrutement, afin d'évaluer mes capacités rédactionnelles en anglais et connaitre mes compétence bureautique (Excel, PPT), ensuite j'ai rencontré la RH.
Il s'agissait d'un poste interim au départ, puis ma mission a été prolongée par une durée indéterminée.

Good process overall , team is responsive and communicative. I went through a referral (senior role), and the experience felt structured but feedback mechanism is not as good as one would hope

Perplexing. Didn't know what they wanted. They asked me about failures but I wasn't sure how to answer the question in a good way. Also, they asked for coding experience too
