The interview was ok but after they changed the requirements and wanted to hire asap with hardly any notice period. Which was not convenient for my current employer. Had to decline the offer as they needed someone asap to complete a project.

Do some assessment question to test your programming skill, if you pass assessment will progress to interview part, the deaprtment manager will interview you, after waiting the notice from HR to comfirm pass or fail.
