I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Iterable in Apr 2022
Interview
4 step process:
30 min call with recruiter
30 minute call with hiring manager
2 hour panel interview over zoom (four 30 minute 1:1 peer interviews with other CSMs)
30 minute presentation on something you are passionate about (your choice here)
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
A lot of the questions were around Iterable's 4 core values. During the panel interview, each peer focused on one of the values.
"How do you incorporate Balance into your day?" is one question but the follow-up questions go into your work experience and how you deal with stress and avoid burnout.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Iterable in Sep 2024
Interview
The recruiting process was quite slow, with significant delays in setting up interviews and responding to emails. Despite being referred and genuinely enjoying the people I met at the company, I felt the overall experience was lacking. I went through a screening and two 30-minute interviews with senior managers, but the interview questions were fairly standard. I was also disappointed by the lack of feedback regarding why I wasn't selected to move forward in the process.
The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Iterable (London, England) in Aug 2022
Interview
I was interviewed by one recruiter from London, he really liked my profile and confirmed that I would be moving to the next step so that I can prepare, then he called me 2 days later saying he’s moving with another candidate in a very English diplomatic way! What can I say? Very unprofessional and dishonest.
