J.C. Hart interview questions

Efficient, professional, and friendly. I was surprised at how many people had returned to the company after they tried something else. This indicates that they are doing more than a few things right.

I started by applying online. I used to live at a JCH property and that's where I got the idea to work for them. Shortly after applying (I think the next day) I was contacted by our recruiter to set up a phone screen. The next step was an interview with a Community Manager. They didn't think I was the right fit for that specific team, but they did have me interview with another Community Manager. That fit was much better ( and I agree looking back) so they moved me on to an interview with the Regional Manager via Zoom. After that was a Zoom interview with the top two executives of the company. Although this was intimidating, they were very welcoming. And I'm glad that the executives are involved in the hiring process. The next day, I was offered the position!
