I applied through an agency called SEO. They added my details to their pool of candidates and JP requested I apply online. I answered their questions online and took their test. Passed and was called to for a 1-1interview. Got there on the day and had 2 interviews. Both had a mixture of competency based questions and situational questions.

Question 1
Give me an instance when you had to deal with large volumes of data. How did you go about it, what were difficulties and what was the result.
It was easy just basic hirevue behavioral questions. I then had a technical and then got the job offer. Just studied behavioral questions with my past work. I would make sure to be ready to answer questions and prepare quickly for the hirevue.

Interview
The process began with an online application, followed by an invitation to complete an on-demand video interview (HireVue). The HireVue consisted of behavioral and situational questions focused on problem-solving, communication, and alignment with the role. The instructions were clear, and candidates were given time to prepare responses before recording. Further steps were communicated after completion of the video interview.

One hirevue and then final round talking to 2 individuals then they will call you if you get an offer and then monthly emails to check give any information it was really helpful and I learned a lot
