Interview
Pretty intensive. At least 3-4 interviews. Deep knowledge accounting and finance required. Direct questions involving financial statements and scenarios. Analysis of business quality and comparative analytics. Have a stock pitch ready both long and short.

1st round = 45mins - 1 hr long (2 interviewers).
Q's about job experience (need to convey experience properly and as per the correct structure for eg: if worked on a research report - need to be clear in terms of the format, process followed, valuation method, recommendation etc). Expect cross questions on the work done.

talk about/pitch a stock (read research reports/ current news on 1-2 stocks)
latest happenings in any particular sector
hypothetical questions of financial statements, ratios etc.
Zoom chat with two associates on the team. Asked me about my prior experience and then sector specific questions about the team I was applying for. I didn't hear back, although the team I wasn't very interested in the sector, and I'm sure they could tell.
