Long drawn out process over several months, but very thoughtful, honest, and professional. Screening interview (via Zoom) with hiring team 4 months after applying. Full-day in-person interview with several teams 2 months later. Then one more month for their final decision, which unfortunately was that they were going with someone else.

1st round was a video call with HR representative. 2nd round was also a video call with hiring manager and additional colleagues. 3rd round was in person onsite with the full team.
