    I applied and was contacted about 2 weeks later. First I was phone interviewed and then I was contacted for a interview at the Rancho Bernardo Inn. The questions asked where basic. It seem's like it's a great company to work for.

    Long personality test, followed by a more casual face to face interview. Just be relaxed and yourself. Easy. Talk about how much you love golf, spa, the ocean, and talking on the phone. Don't be afraid to joke around and let them know you will be able to help office culture

    Very fast at hiring and will train you very well and very fast. Interview is very laid back was not nervous at all. Very friendly and will never make you feel inadiquit or stupid. Overall a great experience. Would highly recomend going for an interview. Don't feel nervous just go in with confidence
