I got called to the headquarter of Jacobs to get interviewd. It was one on one interview process with one of the senior electrical engineer and mostly consists of the technical questions to know my knowledge related to the position

Interview
Phone screening and then online interview, online interview included manager and two other engineers in the team. Interview went for about 40 minutes where they tried to get to know your background and understand your interests, received offer after a couple weeks later.
After passing the application stage, I was invited to the video interview. The questions were quite difficult, but you can retake and record yourself multiple times. There were 5 questions overall and a maximum speak time of 1 minute per question.

Interview
It was a technical interview, showed me schematics and asked me to identify multiple different aspects of the LV system. Talked about salary expectations and progression plans. Overall a very good interview.
