The comfortable Interview process was nice and relaxed. Asked general competency questions, regarding skills, innovation, problem-solving, experiences, and work ethic. Did not ask why I wanted to join the company, which was unexpected.
was invited to a final interview 2 months after sending in my app, had a pleasant interview with a little back and forth but my rejection came nearly a month later and my requests for feedback have not be answered

3 main stages of Gamified assessments with various games to test soft skills and risk tolerance, online solo interview to see how you do answering temperment soft questions and online interview with prospective collegues to test technical skills and soft skills.

CV and cover letter, online assessment, phone interview and final in person interview. Relatively straight forward process. Made it to final round and turned down based on technical question. Nice offices, friendly, relaxed interview process.
