I was contacted by HR with an interview opportunity after submitting my resume during an on-campus career fair. It was a little difficult to get in contact with HR when I had questions. It involved leaving many messages and emails, but I was always greeted by name and my questions were answered clearly.

Question 1
Very few technical questions. As a new graduate, the questions mainly focused around my interest in engineering and what I knew, if anything, about the oil refinery business. I was asked about my aspirations as an engineer and how I thought I could contribute to the success of the projects I would be working on.

Call from Jacobs. You are review by the department manager and HR personnel. Friendly and simple resume questions. They then called me back with in a week and set up a time to come in and finish paperwork.
