I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Jefferies in Nov 2014
Interview
Applied through campus recruiting and heard back a few weeks later by email. Heard by email on a Tuesday about the interview that Friday so there wasn't too much time to prepare. The interview process was very basic and very organized. Mostly fit questions were asked. I was not asked any technical questions. Questions relating my schoolwork to the job description.
Two rounds of interview with team lead then a c suite member, very relaxed asked work history standard questions not so technical, enjoyed meeting with both, after the interview found out the following day i got the job
hr screening. 3 rounds total. Ghosted after final round and learned they hired someone internal and always planned to. Pretty unprofessional to speak to 5 people and not even get an email.
I applied online. I interviewed at Jefferies in Dec 2023
Interview
I applied online through their career section and heard back about 5-6 weeks later with them wanting to set up a 30-minute Zoom interview. The interviewer was very friendly and laid back. They were currently working as a business analyst themselves.
