I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at JetBlue (Boston, MA) in Oct 2017
Interview
Applied online October 1st,2017. I got a invite to do the assessment on October 6,2017. About a week and a half later (October ,12) I got an Invite to do the video interview. My advice is to be yourself answer the questions in the STAR method and make eye contact with the camera at all times. This is the time for you to shine!!! About a week and a half later (October 18th) I got the invite to attend the Blue review in Boston on October 26. Upon arrival relax look sharp ladies if you have long hair pull it back into a bun before you get to the event. At this point they have seen your video and they like you, this is your time to prove them right in selecting you. Mingle with other candidates and SMILE,SMILE, SMILE. The first activity was just a over view of the flight attendant role and JetBlue as a company. We took a brief break and then we started the group activity. I say try not to overshadow others in your group but still stand out with you specific input to the group. After the group interview we took another break, don't stop mingling they are watching at all times. Also bring a snack like a granola bar or fruit. The last and final activities that day were the announcements, reach test , one on one interview and your debrief. Remember to answer questions in the STAR method. They tell you be prepared to stay from 8:30 am till 5 pm ( I got there at 7:30am) I was finished with everything by 1pm. I got my CJO on Monday (October 30) and I start training in January 2018!!! This process was very swift but worth it!!
The interview process was virtual with several questions and assessments. Overall good experience and about 20 minutes. Just take your time in answering the questions as best as you can and be yourself.
All good . Great experience . Been with JetBlue for three years . I was nervous going into the interview but they had a way of making me feel comfortable enough to give off my best. It lasts the whole day so it can be draining.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at JetBlue (Orlando, FL) in Oct 2025
Interview
I applied online October 1st, 2025 at about 10:30am EST and was sent the video interview and assessment with games on October 9. I was working a lot so I had to wait to do a bit of research and complete it. I submitted my VI on Oct 14 (one day before it expired) and received my TBNT inside my B6 profile on the 15th.
I know I didn't look into the camera enough, smile enough. Also the assessment was afterwards and it was a series of pictures that were in sets of 2. You choose which one is closest to your personality. I know you're supposed to be yourself in these things and I started answering what I thought hey wanted instead, which is where I went wrong. I'm a very creative person with a degree in art, yet when it came to questions like that, I chose the opposite, thinking they didn't want this. Later, I realized they do want creativity. But I cannot stress enough how you need to be yourself in these things assessment. Answer from the heart about how you really are.
No wonder I got the dreaded TBNT! I don't blame them. I wish I could redo it, but my interview skills are way out of practice having worked for the same airline for years now.
After the assessment, there were 3 games where you had to repeat a series of letters/numbers. Sounds easy, but I promise you it was much harder than you'd think. And also choose the shapes that were the same in a group.
