Interview
First round interview with someone from HR to review resume and basic qualifications. Second round was an hour-long assessment to be completed on your own time and emailed back. It consisted of two program summaries and an Excel sheet reviewing program expenses. Third round was a call with staff from multiple different departments, including the hiring manager. The last round was a call with two current Program Officer's and was less of an interview and more a chance to get to know the position.

There was a 30 minute phone screening followed by an assessment over excel. The recruitment process then went to an interview panel. There was a coffee chat prior to hire. The process was extremely long.

It went well, with a two round interview process with members of the team both times but communication was slow and then stopped without follow-up. They asked questions about my past experiences, how I would handle certain scenarios a that often come up on their project, and my availability.

Lengthy interview process of multiple rounds/panels (6 weeks+) that includes behavioural questions, culture fit questions, and written + excel assessment. Interview team is friendly and polite. Their job descriptions can be vague at times so it is important to ask specific questions in the interview to ensure the role meets the expectations of the candidate.
