Interview
Typically recruit directly out of Texas colleges and place in a 6 month training program. JCI reps attend career fairs, hold 30-45 minute interviews on campus, then if selected a follow up interview which includes going to the designated branch location with a 1.5 hour presentation over why you would like to work for JCI and your experience.

So hard, need to learn more on technical question (very basic) such as what is airflow, explain chiller, what is air flow rate. But, the interviewer give good feedback and comments.

Great interview process, the people I spoke to were very friendly, and the work culture seemed great. They are also very prompt about their responses so you don't sit around waiting for them to get back to you for very long
