I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson Controls (Milwaukee, WI) in Aug 2015
Interview
The interview process consisted of applying online, a phone screen from the recruiter and a face to face interview with the hiring manager and representatives from the department. In my case, this was a few direct reports and peers. During the face to face interview, this was done via panel with peers, the hiring manager, and subordinates.
I thought it went decently, but i defitnely feel it Could have been much better organized in the flow of questions asked. But still ok because the interviewer was flexible in their questions.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Johnson Controls
Interview
Online interview, first step with HR, then 2 step with HM. One with a practical business case. After the practical business case no one reached me out. Just the classical rejection mail

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Johnson Controls (Bengaluru) in Dec 2025
Interview
The interview was easy it seem but you should be ready for any role even though you've applied for some other role, they can ask you anything. But overall experience was great.
