Interview
The initial interview was a bit different from other interviews. There were two separate rooms with one recruiter. After talking to one recruiter, you switch rooms and speak to the other recruiter for the second 20 minutes. The interview consisted of technical and behavioral questions and questions that pertained to J&J and the position you are applying for.

If given a product that costs $100,000 to makes, give the 5 year straight-line depreciation for that product.

Interview
I met them through a job fair at my school. They reached out to me to schedule an interview over Zoom. In this interview, the internship coordinator for J&J and a person from the finance team where you would be working were present.

5 minute introductions, 20 minutes questions, and 5 minutes for you to ask questions with two people who were interviewing. The questions were mainly experience based questions and situational ones which I thought were harder.

Interview
Very easy going, and simple. Nothing stressful and both interviews were very relaxed. Two interviews with two different people and both asked the same questions but in a different format.
