Interview
I put in a online application and two days later I was asked to come in for my interview. The manager brought me to the Dunkin Donuts and asked me a decent amount of questions. We ended up chewing the fat for almost a half an hour. I was asked the typical questions for a retail position.
Ended up getting the position which ended up being a great birthday gift.

Question 1
The first question caught me off guard which was 'What does integrity mean to you?' I honestly forgot what it meant at that one moment. Every other question though was very simple and easy to answer.
It includes an interview with one of their managers with behavioral and experience based interview questions. They may ask for a phone screening with a manager as well. The whole process shouldn't take more than a few weeks.

Interview
It was quick and easy. Applied and got a call back 2 days later asking me why I wanted to work there and my availability. Then set up an in person interview which took around 10 minutes.
Quick 30 minute conversation. Pretty straightforward. As long as you seem like you can talk to people and are responsible you’ll be fine. Since it’s entry level they didn’t ask too much about past work experience.
