Thank you for sharing your experience as a candidate at JupiterOne. We were quite surprised to read this review and immediately audited all of our candidate interviews and correspondence over the past six weeks to uncover where we may have made a mistake. I am sorry that your experience fell below the high expectations we hold for our staff in interviewing candidates.
We have been unable to find any record of a request for a reasonable accommodation under ADA. We take this matter quite seriously and want to be sure no steps were missed or overlooked in our process, but will need additional information.
