Had an interview at KFC Balmoral, It was scheduled for 4PM and so I had to cancel some of my plans for the day and take a 20 minute bus ride till there in the rain. On arriving at Balmoral, I told one of the team members working there that I was called for an interview. After about 10 minutes or so, The manager came to tell me that she was "Sorry for the inconvenience and that she had no availability and she would let me know when one pops up". The issue here isn't that she didn't have availability but rather why she wouldn't inform about this prior to the interview? Overall this experience has left me dissatisfied with KFC and I will not be applying for a job here again.
Group interview very easy lasted around 30 minutes, talk at least once and look happy. Mini assessment at the end of interview talking about how to prep chicken health safety stuff very easy.
Pretty seamless. I sat down with the manager, they asked for my availability (days and hours) and to fill out a questionnaire and I was hired. They didn't really look at my resume in person.
It was a casual, instore interview. There was a few questions mostly situation based. It would help preparing for these types of questions.
The interview wasn't long it was around 15-20 minutes long.
