Extremely easy process. Screened by recruiter, interviewed by manager, along with sales manager and met staff. Toured store. Received job offer conditional upon receipt of background and drug test. Very simple and standard process.

I submitted my resume about six months ago, and I was surprised to hear from the Manager. The interview was the next day and the home process only for four days.

Interview
Very smooth and not tee hard. The HR representative was a pleasure, very efficient, smart and to the point. Very nice as well. She asked a series of relevant sales questions that were not neccessarily furniture specific, Mentioned that kanes could train furniture knowledge, but not sales personality.
