A talent acquisition specialist reached out to me via LinkedIn and scheduled an interview with the hiring manager. Did not do a great job at scheduling the interview - they reached out and then reschedules the in-person interview multiple times and wouldn't reply within the timeframes they had set (i.e. said they'd get back to me by a certain date and wouldn't email on time).

Really appreciated how casual and interactive the interview process was — it encouraged open dialogue and made it easy to showcase my real experiences instead of rehearsed answers. Great example of how interviews can be both professional and human.
