Very short but very effective was asked a lot of questions with my experience..said I did not have much experience but was good in sales. Had a lot of friends who were agents. I was always interested in real estate from a long time ago.
Very professional and interviewer was well prepared. She basically sold me on the company and reaffirmed my research. Interviewed with several brokers but hers stood out with a tour and expectations of me.

Personalities tests conversations about previous experience goals etc. took a KW specific test and a DISC assessment prior, then came in for a formal interview and tour of the space. Got a breakdown of different services offered.

High pressure and used tactics you will recognize if you have done any in home sales. Even brought in a closer (manager) to try to get me to commit. We talked about lot about the CRM. They are known for the technology and training which i did like.
