Interview process with the broker is straight forward. There is typically a sit down with the managing broker to evaluate goals. From there touring the office and meeting the office staff is the next step.

Very professional and interviewer was well prepared. She basically sold me on the company and reaffirmed my research. Interviewed with several brokers but hers stood out with a tour and expectations of me.

Personalities tests conversations about previous experience goals etc. took a KW specific test and a DISC assessment prior, then came in for a formal interview and tour of the space. Got a breakdown of different services offered.

High pressure and used tactics you will recognize if you have done any in home sales. Even brought in a closer (manager) to try to get me to commit. We talked about lot about the CRM. They are known for the technology and training which i did like.
