The interview process is very simple, you meet with leadership to see if Keller Williams is a brokerage you would thrive at. (Chances are, it is!) After that if you chose to move forward you can hang your license there and get to work!

They asked what interests I have and what motivates me.
Very professional and interviewer was well prepared. She basically sold me on the company and reaffirmed my research. Interviewed with several brokers but hers stood out with a tour and expectations of me.

Personalities tests conversations about previous experience goals etc. took a KW specific test and a DISC assessment prior, then came in for a formal interview and tour of the space. Got a breakdown of different services offered.

Interview
High pressure and used tactics you will recognize if you have done any in home sales. Even brought in a closer (manager) to try to get me to commit. We talked about lot about the CRM. They are known for the technology and training which i did like.
