Super easy! They ask you a couple questions regarding your work history, present you with a couple of on the job scenarios and how you respond to that and after take a look around your work environment and then you go from there!

The interview process was not difficult at all. If you have experience with customer service then you got it. However the hiring process is a bit long, and they also provide equipment.
