Straight forward. Usually will hear back within a couple weeks. Truthfully a nice place to work and the productivity standards are reasonable. Pay is non-negotiable apparently. Benefits are decent, nothing crazy, PTO is ok.

Simple- HR + hiring manger
Hr type ques on phone then in clinic interview- for about 30 mins- asked about experience and few clinical questions, negotiations. Got a call back with background check and offer.

There was both a zoom interview and in-person interview with both the regional director and clinic director. The company had reached back out within a few days with their decision.
