Offers seem good for fresh graduate, but they wanted more on experienced sales engineer rather than a fresh graduate, totally waste of time and keep giving "false hope" along the waiting period, average waiting period is taking around weeks

My interview process consisted of two rounds. Was flown out to Chicago to role play one of their products. Thirty minutes of behavioral was pretty typical. The thirty minutes of technical role play was on the more difficult side - thought it went well but wasn't given an offer.

In the initial round, i have quick interview with the HR staff, and a 30 minutues IQ test (the test was moderate level i think)

1st round. 5 minutes. Interviewed by one manager, face-to-face. Most questions are quite typical, such as your experience, your reasoning for the application, your general understanding of the role, and your strengths and weaknesses. There's one question, though, where you have to think on your feet, which can be tricky.
